Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the president in formulating and implementing the overall strategy and annual business plan of the hospital;
2. Establish and improve the hospital administrative management system, improve the management process, evaluate and supervise its standardization and effectiveness;
3. Convene and organize regular administrative meetings and special meetings of the management to check and supervise the work progress and implementation of each department / Department;
4. Be responsible for Party building, trade union management, handling various licenses required by the hospital and managing important qualification certificates of the hospital;
5. Organize the formulation of annual and monthly work plans of the Department, assess and implement the work performance of department employees;
6. Timely handle all kinds of important documents, and do a good job in archiving administrative related files, contracts, meeting minutes, important documents, etc;
7. Be responsible for the publicity work of the hospital, reception of guests in the hospital and various administrative outreach affairs outside the hospital.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 5 years working experience in the same position, and the experience in the same position in private hospitals is preferred;
3. Strong management, organization and coordination ability;
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.

Job responsibilities:
(1) Assist the business Dean / medical section chief in clinical business and quality management;
(2) Medical dispute handling and accident prevention in the whole hospital, including plan formulation, dispute handling, adverse drug reactions handling and reporting;
(3) Business learning of all departments in the hospital;
(4) Responsible for the recovery, sorting, binding, filing, inspection and storage of medical records
(5) Complete all temporary tasks.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in public health management, health information management, clinical medicine, nursing and medical technology;
2. Experience in medical department or hospital administration and one year of medical record statistics is preferred.
3. Strong management, organization and coordination skills;
4. Familiar with word, Excel, PPT and other common office software.
