The Hospital operates a comprehensive medical laboratory. With advanced equipment and fully automatic whole blood cell, biochemical, immunological and coagulation analyzers, with the goal of establishing a standardized, information-based, intelligent and humanized medical laboratory, a quality management system has been established according to the American JCI standard. The laboratory consists of six professional groups: clinical testing, biochemistry, immunity, microbiology, molecular biology, and blood bank. Nearly 300 routine inspection items have been carried out. For the convenience of patients, the laboratory is open 365 days, and has an emergency "green channel" that is open 24 hours a day.

Guangzhou R&F Hospital Pharmaceutical Services is a comprehensive pharmacy technical service department integrating drug procurement and supply, pharmacy management, and clinical pharmacy services. It is responsible for pharmacy management, pharmacy discipline construction and development, pharmacy talent training and other pharmacy technical services. There are outpatient Chinese and Western pharmacies, inpatient pharmacies, intravenous drug distribution centers, and clinical pharmacy departments, and introduce a pre-review system to build pre-review (system review, pharmacist review), in-process (pharmacy pharmacist review), and post-event (prescription review) ) Rational drug use management system to further ensure the safety of patients' drug use.

The Anesthesia and Surgery Department has gathered a strong team featuring highly experienced anesthetists and surgical nurses from Class 3 hospitals. The Department currently owns 10 Class 10000/100 laminar flow operating rooms, 4 cath-labs with state-of-the-art equipment, 2 C-Section operating rooms, and a PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) area with 51 beds for anesthesia prep and recovery.
